Frequently asked questions

What quality are the images?

150 dots per inch, enough for screens and for printing at normal size.

Why do I get a ZIP?

If the PDF has several pages, all the images are delivered together in a ZIP file. With a single page you get the JPG directly.

What happens to my files?

They are sent encrypted, processed and discarded when the job is done. PDFya does not store or review them.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no added watermark. There is a limit of 20 MB per file and 30 operations per hour.
