What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, are subject to the same rules.
What PDFya uses
PDFya sets no cookies of its own. The only thing it stores in your browser is a copy of the website's own files (pages, styles and icons), so it loads faster and can be installed on your phone as an app. That copy contains none of your data or documents and is technically necessary, so it requires no consent. No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used either. That is why you see no cookie banner when you arrive.
Third-party technical cookies
The website is served through Cloudflare, which may occasionally set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic and protect the site against attacks. It is a technical cookie that requires no consent, is not used for advertising and expires quickly.
The typeface (Bunny Fonts) and the preview library are loaded from external servers, which receive your IP address in order to send them to you but set no cookies.
If this changes
If PDFya adds analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this page with the details of each cookie and show you a notice so you can accept, reject or configure them before they are set. Rejecting them will not stop you from using the tools.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, block or delete cookies from your browser's privacy settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or another). Blocking technical cookies may stop some websites from working properly.
